These short-form terms apply to VibeTalent as of March 18, 2026. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
You may use VibeTalent to create a builder profile, share project proof, browse public talent, and use recruiting tools. You agree to use the service lawfully and only for legitimate professional or hiring-related activity.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish through your account and for activity that happens through it. Do not share access with others or impersonate another person, company, or team.
You keep ownership of the profile, project, portfolio, and recruiting content you upload. By posting it on VibeTalent, you give us permission to host, display, format, and distribute that content so the service can function.
Do not use VibeTalent to break the law, infringe intellectual property, harass people, spread malware, scrape the platform in abusive ways, or misrepresent project proof, hiring activity, or identity.
VibeTalent is still in beta. Features may change, move, or disappear, and the service may occasionally be unavailable while we improve it. We may suspend or remove accounts that create security, trust, or legal risk.
Some recruiter or premium features may require payment. If you buy a paid feature, the checkout flow and pricing shown at the time of purchase will control that transaction in addition to these terms.
To the extent allowed by law, VibeTalent is provided as-is and without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
